Assessments

At the end of each academic year, the leaders of each club will have the opportunity to meet with the CSC in order to evaluate the health of the club. The purpose of this meeting will be to ensure that the club has the resources it needs to be sustainable. Each club must fill out an assessment tool prior to its meeting with the CSC.

The assessment tool is comprised of the following four categories of focus.  Within each category, there are a series of questions to gauge how well a club is operating or whether there are elements of concern.

Categories of Focus
1. Supervision (Instructors/Coaches)
2. Officer Structure
3. Student Interest/Membership
4. Financial Stability

The club assessment form can be found on our officer checklist
