This weekend Club Tennis took third place at their sectional tournament which is the best they’ve ever done at this tournament!
With this result MIT Club Tennis has officially qualified for Nationals! Brown ended up winning the tournament and are currently three time champions. MIT Club Tennis played Brown in the semis but unfortunately lost by one game. This knocked MIT into the third place game against Tufts and they would win to bring home the bronze medal!
When asked for a quote the Club President Jupneet said ““As a team we’ve grown so much in the past few years and this was a culmination of all our hard work! I’m so proud of everyone in Club Tennis and we can’t wait to go to Nationals!”
