Four members of the cycling club achieved great success at this year’s Collegiate Road National Championship races in Grand Junction, Colorado
Tori Wuthrich, Emma Edwards, Amy Ousterhout, and Sarah Weiss participated in the Team Time Trial and took an amazing 3rd place.
Emma and Tori also raced and finished strongly in the road race and the criterium. In the road race, Emma placed 7th and Tori 40th.
In the criterium, Emma took the sprint finish, followed closely by Tori in 14th place.
This makes Emma a National Champion giving her the privilege to wear the Stars and Stripes jersey!
Our racers also won the Team Omnium classification, and Emma placed 2nd in the individual overall classification.
